Early 20th Century "Singer" Sewing Machine Base used as a sturdy pedestal that holds a Handmade Sinker Cypress double thick (2") Table Top. (Sinker Cypress that was salvaged from the swamps of Louisiana where it has been underwater for over a 100+ years) coupled with four 1940's  Mahogany Chippendale Chairs, that are painted and distressed to go with the table and make a very rustic elegant one of a kind dining set. The sinker cypress top is a very durable wood that only gets more beautiful the more you use it. It is finished with 3 coats of low voc poly and a coat of paste wax. The seats are covered in bark cloth fabric that is an American thistle pattern in soft blues. Please use your cursor and hold it over the photos to see close up details.
